Fall Family Portraits at Goddard Park | Rhode Island Family Photographer
One of the best parts of being wedding photographers is staying connected with our couples long after the wedding day. That is why this family portrait session at Goddard Park in East Greenwich, RI was especially meaningful for us because it featured a former M.Studios wedding couple.
We photographed Jaimee and Bill’s engagement session and wedding back in 2018, and now here we are documenting this next chapter of their story with a fall family portrait session! It means so much to us because being able to photograph our couples as their lives grow and change is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.
Why Fall is Perfect for Family Photos in Rhode Island
You really can’t beat fall in New England and Goddard Park is one of our favorite locations for family photos this time of year. It’s so beautiful there! The trees are showing off with incredible fall colors plus you have beautiful light filtering through the leaves. This is only some of the reasons the session felt so warm and magical.
From Wedding Day to Family Milestones
Sessions like this are a reminder that photography doesn’t stop at the wedding day. In fact, it evolves right alongside life. Many of our couples come back to us for maternity photos, newborn sessions, and family portraits. We get so excited when these emails come in! What a treat it is for us to continue telling these stories over the years.
At M.Studios, we love being part of these moments. There’s something incredibly special about photographing a couple on their wedding day and then later documenting their growing family.
Rhode Island Family Photography with M.Studios
While many people know us as wedding photographers, we want to get the word out that family photography has always been an important part of what we do! We offer family portrait sessions in Rhode Island and Massachusetts for both past wedding couples and new families.
As our couples’ lives grow and change, we love continuing to capture those milestones. Being trusted to photograph not just one moment—but many chapters—is something we never take for granted.
