Before you get too excited, no — we did not keep one eye out for a our fave vendor friends during Christina and Joe’s engagement session. We didn’t do this shoot at the Castle Hill in Newport, but instead at the Castle Hill in Ipswich, Massachusetts, which has its own claim to fame — part of the new Little Women movie was filmed at Castle Hill on the Crane Estate. So the grass we walked once cushioned the steps of teen heartthrob Timothée Chalamet. Christina probably would have been more impressed if she weren’t already so swoony over Joe!

Christina and Joe are such a sweet couple and we had so much fun at their engagement session! And we were super excited to photograph their totally off the hook wedding. We’ve never seen so many flowers in one place!

Congratulations, Christina and Joe. We’re so glad you found your happily ever after!

These. Two! If you think Taylor and Greg look like fun in their wedding pictures, you should see them in real life! Their wedding at The Bohlin in Newport was an absolute blast. We’re talking pre-ceremony Lizzo sing-along in the bridesmaids’ room kind of fun (Taylor is a major fan). A shout-out to natural deodorant in the vows kind of fun (photographers get close, and your natural deodorant gets two thumbs up from us, Greg!). And Taylor was nothing less than stunning in her amazing gown from Grace Loves Lace. All the lace detail made it a photographer’s dream!

Taylor and Greg’s wedding was super fun for us because we got to work with some of our favorite vendors. Jarret Blinkhorn of JB Horn was the videographer. He’s our wedding vendor bestie, so having the chance to hang out with him automatically made the night a good one. The three of us loved watching everyone dance to the exceptional band, Eye2Eye, from Wilson Stevens. We also love working at the Bohlin in Newport. It’s such a gorgeous venue, and Taylor and Greg totally lucked out with a killer sunset that night. We hope the two of you share a million more together!

We both lived in New York, so when we had the chance to do engagement photos in Long Island City, we were so excited to see that gorgeous New York skyline again. But the love between Haley and John kind of eclipsed the view!

We had never been to Long Island City before, so Haley and John suggested we use Gantry Plaza State Park for their engagement photos. And what a perfect spot! We love doing outdoor engagement sessions. The signs around the Gantry made an awesome photo background, and we had so much fun following them around and snapping pictures of them being fabulous!

We loved working with Haley and John and were honored to take their wedding pictures last fall when they got married at John Edwards Vineyard in Connecticut. Congrats to the happy couple and thanks for being so awesome!
