There is nothing like a fall wedding in Providence. The long light and the vibrant colors against an urban backdrop is a photographer’s dream. But Amber and Morgan were not about to let fall steal their pride — they brought some colors of their own.

This wedding had rainbow everything. Guests waved rainbow flags when Amber and Morgan were announced as spouses after their ceremony. They had a toast with rainbow cupcakes at the reception. And the dance floor was lit — literally — by guests who wore light-up rainbow shoes. But the best part was at the end of the night when Amber and Morgan asked their friends and family to shower them with rainbow powder, turning their gorgeous wedding outfits into cherished works of art!

Amber and Morgan got dressed before the ceremony at NYLO Hotel, a beautiful space with an industrial vibe that was an incredible setting for what turned out to be our favorite first look photos of the entire year. That greenery, that brick, those reflections, those smiles!

Amber and Morgan, thank you for inviting us to be part of your day and for being so welcoming to us. Fingers crossed that we’re reunited soon!

Providence was shining extra bright for Molly and Dougall’s engagement session! This session marked two firsts for us… We were able to hit the sunflowers for the first time ever! They never seem to be in bloom when we want them to be but on this day we got ’em! Another first… we were able to take photos for the very first time at the cool, new pedestrian bridge and it did not disappoint! Our little city was really showing off! How could it not? Molly and Dougall are truly the best! We can’t wait to celebrate with you next year!!!

This was an engagement that we were all waiting for!  Yes, even us!  Jenni told us Steven was expected to propose any day. She had the date picked for the wedding. We had it marked off on our calendar. Now we just needed the proposal!  Thankfully Steven came through.  Obviously Jenni said yes!!  We always want the engagement sessions to show off our client’s individual personalities as well as their lives together.  This is why we were so happy they brought along their fur baby, Dexter.  Jenni is obsessed with him so he had to be involved.  Another thing Jenni is obsessed with?  PIZZA!  When we saw the pizza sign over Fellini’s on Wickenden we had to take advantage.  Looking through these photos is making me miss these two.  As Steven would say they are class acts.  Love you, guys!!
