This winter has been rough for engagement sessions.  First we have to find a day that works for four different busy schedules.  Once it goes on the calendar we then cross our fingers and hope the weather is mild enough for us to actually be outside.  If rain and snow didn’t thwart our plans this year the wind and cold temps sure did.  Lots of our couples are emailing us “Let’s just wait until spring”.  It’s not all bad news for the winter engagement sessions though.  Every once and a while the stars align and give us a great day.  Nina and Reid had their engagement session on the most perfect one possible.  Not only was it nice out but the light was out of this world!  We couldn’t have asked for anything better…  Wonderful clients, ocean views and that sun!  Photography dreams do come true!

When Lindsey walked into our office with her red Kate Spade purse that looks like an old timey typewriter we were kind of in love…  with the purse…  and Lindsey…  and of course Bob!  Come to find out it’s more than a purse.  According to Lindsey it’s her spirit animal.  You have to respect a woman who has so much love for her bag!  The RISD Museum in Providence seemed like the perfect place to do their engagement session.  The location of the engagement photos should reflect the couples personalities.  This was a perfect match!

Anna and Mike are totally awesome. We instantly fell in love with them and you’ll see why! We drove up to Vermont for their engagement session at their recently purchased home around the corner from Mt. Snow. Their picturesque yard, complete with a big red barn, sweet pond, and happy dogs was the perfect location for us to shoot and get to know them. Their love and adoration for each other is palpable and we instantly knew their wedding at Carolyn’s Sakonnet Vineyard was going to be amazing! Stay tuned for that one!
