After countless reschedules due to rain and at least one hurricane we were finally able to meet Halle and Ed for their engagement session!  Our original plan was to take the photos in Bristol, RI.  Halle and Ed are getting married at Linden Place next September.  As time went by and weather thwarted our plans we decided instead travel north to Halle and Ed.  They picked out a spot called World’s End, a beautiful nature reserve right outside of Boston.  We couldn’t have been happier with the locale or the subjects.  Halle and Ed warned us that they weren’t very good at having their photo taken.  As a matter of fact when Ed proposed he told Halle they would have to get better at being in photos before he got down on one knee.  That’s where we come in!  Honestly I think they are doing pretty good.  The proof is in the pudding.  See for yourself..

Another glorious autumn day! You can’t get a more beautiful time of year. Caroline and Rob were a joy to work with. They are so crazy about each other! Because they are smart people Carline and Rob opted to do a first look. If only we had a video we could show people of it! Anyone who watched would decide to see each other before the ceremony. They had such a great moment. Rob was absolutely blown away by Caroline. Blown away! It was a gorgeous day at one of our favorite venues, Bittersweet Farm. There were so many beautiful details we couldn’t stop taking photos. At one point we were in a corner looking at the backs of our giggling with delight. Yes, we love our job!

Katie and Tom told us that they have about 4 pictures of themselves together. How is it that two super attractive people don’t have thousands of photos of themselves!? We were more than happy to help them out with that problem. We met at Roger Williams Park on a beautiful fall day. It doesn’t get any better than this. The colors were gorgeous! Katie was a good listener and brought a little outfit change for the session. We are still in a state of sweater envy. I want that grey cardigan, Katie! Can’t wait for the big day next September at Bittersweet Farm!
