When Meg and John suggested we take their engagement photos at Blithewold Mansion in Bristol we were so excited! And then when Meg told us she had some vintage suitcases and a sculpture her grandmother had made when she was at RISD we were even more stoked! We arrived at Blithewold and saw that the daffodils were in full bloom, Meg was so beautiful, John was gorgeous and everything fell into place. Boom! Engagement session magic! Each step we took into the gardens was more amazing than the last. At one point Meg took off leaping through the flowers and John said “Every guy thinks he’s marrying the most adorable woman alive, I KNOW I am”. See for yourself…these are two high school sweethearts who embody love through and through!

Some of you might know Marisa and if you know her you love her.  I know I do!  And because I love her I want to take this chance to wish her a happy birthday!  Not everyone is lucky enough to do what they love with a person who is so dear to them.  It’s a pretty amazing arrangement.  I’m a lucky lady to have such an amazing business partner and friend to share this crazy thing we call a job with.  So, today we celebrate Marisa!!  Happy Birthday, Lady!  I hope you have a fantastic day.  I love you and there is no one else I’d rather have for a wife and/or share my cray brain with!  True Day!  Srsly…  Totes srsly!

Two days after Taylor Swift dropped a cool $17 million on her home in Watch Hill, RI we found ourselves at and an even more spectacular dwelling next door, Ocean House. Perched high on the bluffs of Watch Hill, Ocean House is an iconic New England seaside resort and was the most perfect setting for Bridget and Noel’s intimate destination wedding. With guests flying in from as far away as New Zealand and London, Bridget and Noel made the decision to keep their guest list to a minimum and it could not have been more sublime. Bridget was radiant in her Monique Lhullier gown and Jimmy Choo heels (what a dream!). Noel was dashing in his tux and his British accent was the perfect accessory. Given the small guest list we had plenty of time for photos around the grounds and on the beach. Cocktails were served in the members-only club room at Ocean House, followed by a private dinner. The entire day was filled with an air of romance and love, just as it should be.
