How many different ways can we describe the beauty of fall in New England? The crisp air, leaves crunching underfoot, the way the light falls on the yellow leaves. Add to that a couple in love and you’ve got yourself a Norman Rockwell painting. Or in this case, an M.Studios engagement session! We met Erin and Ryan on Providence’s east side along with their dog named Boy. We walked along South Main St. and chatted about their upcoming wedding at the Providence Public Library. We were even invited to shoot in someone’s pretty yard, hey, we’re not shy. Sometimes a little “trespassing” is necessary to get the perfect shot! We can’t wait to run around the library with these two. It’s going to be amazing!

Our first visit to the Squantum Association was amazing! Who knew there was such a hidden gem in the heart of East Providence, RI? Andrea and Rich certainly knew how to pick a venue with so much to offer their guests. The ceremony on the lawn was overlooking the bay and after the ceremony the bride and groom set off a canon! The M’s are always up for a new and interesting photo opportunity so we were excited to capture this epic moment. It is, however, impossible to plug your ears while taking pictures so needless to say we temporarily lost some hearing…but it was with it! Throughout the day guests couldn’t stop commenting that Andrea looked like a model, she was stunning and Rich was the happiest guy around. Family and friends gathered on the deck during cocktail hour to mingle and enjoy the gorgeous sunset and then moved inside for a lovely dinner and dancing. What a happy day!

We knew that Abby and Andy’s wedding at the Red Lion Inn was going to be wonderful after the awesome engagement session we had together. We were very excited to meet them in the warm weather considering it was the middle of winter when we last met in Boston. The beaches of Cohasset, Ma were a far cry from the frozen frog pond in The Commons! As always, The Red Lion Inn was stunning and the staff was kind and attentive. Abby was breathtaking in a gorgeous gown by House of Wu and Andy was dressed to the nines in Tommy Hilfiger. These two fit together like a puzzle, both are incredibly smart, stylish and driven and it came through in the styling of the wedding. The rustic beauty of the inn complimented the pretty florals by Barry’s Flowers. Each table number was accompanied by a picture of the bride and groom at that particular age. This greatly impressed us because not only did their parents keep their photos organized throughout the years but the pictures were beautiful! We had such a gorgeous day that were were able to take advantage of every spot on the grounds of the inn, take formal photos on the beach, and get Abby and Andy to their cocktail hour in time to enjoy some sweet acoustic music and passed hors d’oeuvres. The photo booth was hoping all night and the couple even had their own hashtag for their guests Instagram photos. Here’s to #abbyandandy13!
