Chloe and Jess are world travelers who just don’t stop. They’re so on the move that we didn’t even meet them until their wedding at Cove Cabin at Mount Hope Farm!

The ceremony was beautiful, and the two of them looked stunning in a dress and tuxedo they had tailor made on one of their trips abroad. One of our favorite parts of the ceremony was Chloe’s bouquet by Newport’s Fig & Squill Floral Design. It looked like she gathered it from a field of flowers as she walked to marry her love. It had a romantic, undone look to it that suited her perfectly. And the dancing! There were only about 50 attendees at the wedding, but the way they danced, it felt like 500. The music from Fine Tune Entertainment sure kept the party going!

A lot of their guests were people Chloe and Jess met on their world travels, and a wedding highlight for them was riding a yellow school bus to the wedding venue. It was so fun to see their excited faces as they pulled up to the venue!

Chloe and Jess, we loved spending your wedding day with you and wish we could have spent even more time with you, but you were off on your next grand adventure! May your marriage to each other be the best adventure of your lives.

Oh, baby! Can those baby blues look straight into your soul or what?

We were so psyched to do this family portrait session on Block Island. Here’s how it happened: We photographed this gorgeous wedding and loved the bride — of course — but also totally bonded with the maid of honor, the bride’s sister. Fast forward a bit, and that maid of honor had a beautiful baby girl!

When she asked us to do her family portrait session, we were obviously excited. Not only because we loved her but because Block Island is one of our favorite places in Rhode Island. The baby’s grandparents’ house was a perfect — and meaningful — spot to capture a big dose of new baby love. And after taking a few backyard pics and going for a long walk on the beach, our tiny model deserved her nap on the sand. Are you jealous of that baby burrito? Cause we are!

Providence was shining extra bright for Molly and Dougall’s engagement session! This session marked two firsts for us… We were able to hit the sunflowers for the first time ever! They never seem to be in bloom when we want them to be but on this day we got ’em! Another first… we were able to take photos for the very first time at the cool, new pedestrian bridge and it did not disappoint! Our little city was really showing off! How could it not? Molly and Dougall are truly the best! We can’t wait to celebrate with you next year!!!
