When we were discussing the engagement shoot with Kate she mentioned that she would like to bring along some props and we were super excited! Props are a fun way to let people know who you are as a couple. They represent your style and sometimes the props even give clues about the wedding decor. Kate outdid herself by hand painting the monogram combining her and Tyler’s initials. It should be mentioned that Kate studies at RISD which explains her amazing sense of style and her many talents. She also handmade the quilt and bunting. The vintage bike is courtesy of her father. The pillows by catstudio pay homage to her home state of Michigan and her current state, Rhode Island. But the best thing Kate brought was her handsome fiancé, Tyler! Blithewold was extra pretty for our session. We were overwhelmed by the gardens and the gorgeous light shining in through the trees. Nothing compares to Blitheworld, right Kate?!
